Have you been in the Monroe area recently?  The Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall is well underway and is nearing its target of completion (of the first phase) for a Grand Opening during the fall of 2009.  (I wonder how many people are going to go to Cincinnati which is nearly 30 miles south of Monroe, hoping to find the outlet mall?)

Word on the street is that the mall is already filling up quickly with applications from tenants and there's already plans for additional retail space to be built to accomodate the demand for more room.

The highway is also splattered with the ever so familiar orange barrels.  The entrance/exit to I-75 is being completely rebuilt in order to handle the expected huge volume of traffic.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that Monroe Ohio is on the verge of a population expolosion.  The mall alone has already attracted over 3,000 job applicants!
