HVCC is bad for Simi Valley home values

I recently wrote a post on my blog about how the HVCC is negatively affecting Simi Valley Home Sales. This video is is a must see as the new legislation is already creating major problems for Simi Valley Home Buyers and Sellers. The "True"Value for your home is under attack and a bad appraisal will only cause more home Buyer - Seller frustration.

Ted, I wholly agree. We had an office meeting today with this as a topic. We have a petition that can be sent about the HVCC legislation. We hope to make an impact so I am attaching the link. Maybe you can get the word out to all your contacts to sign. There supposedly is a committee of appraisers that are meeting as a panel to report the importance of local appraisal representation.
