Russel, this is just to be able to put it into the MLS without an actual address. It creates a problem when it comes to GOOGLE MAP if you do not have a real address it send the location all over LA. I am sure you could create an address if you were subdividing a large parcell and creating streets...once it has been done I would guess it is not an option any more....

Harrison, I have noticed there has been an increased activity, not just at the entry point for Land, as well as in the more affluent areas as well. Land buyers are looking at good values. The overpriced lots or the not as desirable lots are lingering on the market.
