What has been your biggest victory?

Biggest victory 323 deals in a year.

biggest disapointment, seller committed sucide because his house would not sell and it sold 1 month to the day.

I have mastered rejection

I would tell anyone getting into the business to talk to 5 people in the business and ask that question and to take CRS 200 and 202 before deciding or giving up.

Wow looks like Charles has been through some interesting times.  323 closings in one year is mind boggling to me!  I have been licensed for a little over a year and am still learning the ropes.  I know one of the great things about real estate is that your not subject to the daily grind.  No two days are alike!

Hi Rhonda This blog is so interesting.  I am going to follow the thread to read the comments...they should be very interesting.  My biggest disappointment in Real Estate is the market this last year.

It has been so tough for the sellers trying to sell and forced to take below market value on their home and the buyers are just in this trance of uncertainty ...buy...don't buy...can't buy...

we know what it has been like out there.  so now that we are slowly coming out of the tunnel ..their is  nothing less to expect than  better days ahead.  thanks for the thought provoking post.  It does us good to ponder your questions.

Gary - Wow, if you can quit smoking (not that I do) you can do anything.  The addiction part of our personalities can be very strong.  Have you learned to funnel that energy towards what you want yet?

Charles - I think I did 323 one year with buyer clients - that is a wierd number for us both to have done.  I wonder if we need to be using that number in numerology or something :-)

Chanda - once you get a great process you could process 1000 deals or 300 - it is all the same.
