Wordless Wednesday - Well kinda sorta...

Wow! I really feel blessed that I live in an area where I can step out my back door and see an array of wild life. Earlier this morning, as I was getting my 25th cup, I spotted these two doe out at the pond out back. Thought that I'd snap a few shots to share before the headed back into the woods...

Wow, Michael, what a great view out your back door.  We have 5 dear (2 bucks and 3 doe) that regularly bed down in our back yard and a fox.  It's so nice to live close to the city and still be close to nature too.

Michael - There is nothing more beautiful than seeing nature at your doorstep.  The first thing I thought of when I saw that photo was Bambi.

Michael, they are so sweet! We have a lot of flying wildlife out our back door, most recently a gaggle of Canadian Geese. Your area must be serene if there is enough wooded areas for deer to live.

That is a great picture.  Everytime I see one of these wordless blogs I keep thinking I need to spend more time out and about with my camera.  Just doesnt seem to be enough time in the day right now.

Michael,

I was showing a house on an acreage the other day and had to wait for a bunch of these things to cross the street.

When I step out my door, I'm lucky if I see some birds. Maybe a lizard. Some ants. A butterfly. LOL Fortunately, I can go over to the Zoo, out to Sea World or Scripps Aquarium, or up to the Wild Animal Park. Then I can Photoshop them onto a nice background and get rid of the cage in the foreground, and bingo! I have a picture just like yours. Or I could just save all that time and come right over here to visit -- LOL.

Michael - We seem to have an abundance this year. I've seen some almost every day, sometimes standing right beside the interstate.
