Realtor is real happy with has fast this went pending.

This Estate had very limited budget for getting it on the market.

We had to choose between getting rid of the yellow walls that just didn't make it with the dark green carpet.   We also had very old kitchen flooring.

We choose to paint the walls, put in a new floor and keep the staging simple.

yellow walls

Curtains removed and walls painted

Looks like you made the right call Viginia.  I hate having to make choices like that - I always want them to make everything happen.  Usually when you have to choose it is a win situation because whatever you choose to update will be an improvement.  Great job - hope it sells quickly!

Always a tough one to decide what to do when the budget doesn't allow for everything.  Your "after" looks clean, welcoming and very inviting.

We'd always like to do everything possible when staging a home to make it look beautiful, but prioritizing is key on a limited budget.  You did a great job in doing the best possible with your budget!

You did a great job on a very limited budget. The new homeowners have freshly painted walls and a new floor, this is better than a lot of homes. Bringing in the green plant is a nice touch.
