I live in Osceola county Florida in the city of Saint Cloud, buy I used to live in Kissimmee. If you are not familiar with Osceola County, Saint Cloud or Kissimmee; then I would say I live in Orlando. Yeap! It does not matter where you are from if there is one place that anyone can relate to is Orlando. Who doesn't know that is where Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Cinderella, Snow White, and many other fairy tale characters live. However if you have come to Orlando, you probably know that Kissimmee is one of the most popular places to stay during your vacations or holidays, because of its close location to Disney.
In Kissimmeeyou can find many communities that have been developed thinking of you, the tourist. Most
vacation homes in these communities include a heated screened in pool as well as many other amenities in the community. vacation homes range in size from 3 bed/2 bath to 6 bed/5 bath. The 192 corridor is filled with many restaurants, shopping plazas, convenience stores, and of course all kind of souvenir stores. Who can resist that Mickey ear's hat, or Winnie the poohs t-shirt, how about a stuffed toy replica of Shamu; you can also find those in Kissimmee's flea markets, where everything is brand new.
If you want to do something different how about visiting Old Town in Kissimmee. Old Town has a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, live music and amusement rides. They also have a Friday and Saturday night antique and classic cars parade, and a Thursday night bike exhibition.
