Be prepared with these tips to influence a BPO

*  Provide the appraiser, real estate agent, broker comparables that you have found.,
*  You need to have solid comparables
*  Why do you think that your comparables should be considered?
*  Condition report from the real estate would be a good idea to provide together with your comps.
*  Do not go against the BPO, just give your considerations / opinions..

Ray,

I have done 2 BPO's on 2 relos...usually the company wants 3 different BPO's from 3 different agents before they make the decision who to hire. The good thing is they usually price the house right where it should be..which is good for us agents. No hassle with over pricing and usually they offer out a nice compensation package to the agents. I like them and wish they were required on all appointments.
