Morning, Jim. Seems like a lovely place to live at
Hi Jim, that is such a clean place, looks like it would be a great place to live. The landscaping is just beautiful!
Hi Jim:
Presidio Place sounds awesome to me!
I wouldn't know how to handle that beautiful weather all the time!!!
This looks like a very nice place to live, we could imagine waking up everyday and viewing the gardens and pool. With only two units available it must be nice, people are not moving!
Hey, Xinh - I personally think it's one of the best condominium complexes in Mission Valley, and the HOA takes care of it.
Hey, Andrea - This is the time of year when all of the Lily of the Niles are blooming, which makes it an awesome place to visit this time of year. The only thing is that for the other nine months of the year, there's not much color. But with the kind of lakes, lagoons, and water fountains it has, maybe it doesn't need color all year round, especially since there are a lot of mallards that call the lakes and lagoons home.
Hey, Toula - We actually get spoiled by the weather, so when it's not perfect, we're complaining.
Hey, Al and Peggy - The inventory in Mission Valley right now is atrocious, yet the demand is still there. People want to live in Mission Valley because there's so much to do, but that's also why the inventory is low. The people already there want to stay there.
Hi Jim: Wow those grounds look beautiful. When am I moving in?
:)
Hey, Jim. Looks like a great place to call home. I love the grounds and the amenities. Thanks, Jim
