Mississauga Neighborhoods – Streetsville Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Ultimate Realty Inc. Brokerage

Located on the banks of the picturesque Credit River, Streetsville, originally settled in 1819 became a village in 1858. Officially a town by 1974 when Mississauga was incorporated as a city, Streetsville along with several other small towns was amalgamated with the newly formed city.

Today the village atmosphere has been preserved along with many of the historical buildings. Take a walk along and around Main Street and you will discover a thriving business district offering modern day services in yesterdays atmosphere.

Just off Bristol Road a few hundred feet to the East you'll find the Credit River. Here you can run, jog, bike, rollerblade or simply take a relaxing walk along the river.
