Atlanta Market Update - Atlanta Real Estate Report June 2009

These are the most recent Atlanta Metro area MLS figures for Atlanta homes and Atlanta real estate. There appears to be slightly less homes listed, and more homes in a "contract or pending sale' status. That is good news even if the the increases are not enormous.
