I was showing property last night to some great people who are getting close to making a decision. They are first time home buyer who are very smart.

They are on a budget. It is so hard for them because we have not found the home of their dreams yet. We have gone out a few times. There is always something wrong with the property.

They want to make a good decision and make this their home. It is understanding. Meanwhile interest rates are going up. We are getting less and less homes on the market in their price range. So we are widening the search.

I think they are seeing why they need to pick a home. We have been literally bumping into other Realtors as we are looking. Sometimes they have to wait for us to get done looking at the home, sometimes we walk around the outside or just sit and wait for the others to get done looking at the home.

It is getting crazy out there in Northern Colorado, don't know about other areas.
