Vizion Presents Flip This House Kansas City

Basically Flip this House rejected our application to be on their show. I guess flipping millions upon millions of dollars in real estate just wasn’t enough for them. Anyway. No hard feeling. We’ll just make our own show. How hard could it be?

In this video Vizion Properties COO Jason Thomas takes us thru our largest flip to date. 453 W 70th Ter. This home is located in the very popular brookside are of of Kansas City, MO.

I plan on shooting a lot of video during the renovation of this house. Once the jobs all done I’ll edit the video all together and make one video. I guess you could call this episode one.

Hi Justin, It would be no fun for Vizion to be on flip this house, since your company knows what they're doing. I have seen some ridiculous mistakes made on flip this house, and that's the fun of watching the show. Sorry, Justin, you're a pro.
