Commentary:
Bonds have continued their downward spiral this morning although they seem to have found some
stabilization over the past hour. There is no data on the calendar today and no speakers of note to worry
about.
Next week is centered on the FOMC meeting. The market will be looking for some definitive indication
about the future of Fed MBS and Treasury purchases. There is also a glut of supply coming into the market
next week which will likely put further pressure on prices.
