15 Comments on I Go the Distance for My Clients and Weight Loss!
Donna, that is a good excercise, I hope all the time you spent with them will pay off for you! Good luck!
I recently had a buyer client that loves Starbucks. We stopped each time we went out condo hunting. I gained 7 pounds.
We closed on her condo, not I can lose that weight :-)
Rita, I hope so too... we're supposed to write an offer this afternoon!
Kris, It's a good thing I don't drink coffee!! I like to eat my calories rather than drink them.
The Donna Harris real estate diet and fitness program, interesting. I stop at Starbucks just about every week day and spend over $15. for the most part I give it to office staff and clients on my way to the office. I might not lose weight but I'm a lot more popular since I started...
Donna: We have 50 listings 10 miles down the road and am in desperate need for shoes for my poor daughter going to college. Save gas, save money, save time, help a fellow AR member and his poor daughter. Gotta go eat eat my beans for dinner........ Heck, next time do it on bike to show them how much fun Austin is to ride on bikes. Just a thought........
Great results! Hope they find the right property!!
Paul, $15 a day?? YIKES!! That just adds up to some nice marketing dollars at $3900 for the year! You know how much PPC I could do with that??!!
Tim, I was thinking of you, but these guys wanted a minimum of 1 acre, so we've been down in Dripping Springs and Driftwood areas mostly with a quick stop off in Spicewood and Buda.
Kathy, Me too! I did send them a preliminary offer to review.
Donna - The title threw me. I could see it being good for you though. Either you are walking or at least on your feet during that time. I need that type of excerise.
p.s. Paul - During the summer.. I like the Frappacino's. I'll meet you half way.
Hi Donna ~ I'm showing 16 properties tomorrow to an international buyer. It's about 3x my normal maximum. I wish it meant I would lose weight! Usually it means I pack on a few more pounds as I hit the fast food joints while rushing through my day. Not to mention most of these are elevator buildings. I like your method better!
Liz
That is alot of time you spent showing homes. I hope they at least made an offer.
Hi Donna... way to go. Just another added benefit of working with buyers! Congrats... and remember to stay hydrated!
Donna,
I hope by now they are close to putting some ink on a contract.
Showing homes can make for a long hard day.
John, And fidgeting back and forth while standing burns even more calories!
Elizabeth, Good luck!
Angelia, Yes, we executed tonight!
Steve, Of course! I kept a cooler filled with water and even those drink mixes so my buyers had variety.
Richard, Yes, we executed!!
Donna, The "real estate weight loss system" you invented sounds great! and much more fun than weight lifting or the banana diet. (sounds like your tires may have also lost weight.)
Kathleen, Yes, my tires lost weight, but they were refilled yesterday with the oil change!! I've lost 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks! It's amazing how 2 pounds can make a big difference in the way pants can fit.
