I really have to wonder how many folks driving the real clunkers can afford to upgrade at any price. I have a friend who just bought a new car that he claimed was so cheap it was like they were giving it away. It still was over 25K.

There was a good article about this in the paper the other day. I got all excited and looked around for a clunker. I suggested hubby trade his truck and he wouldn't do it.
