All of us have had a "Best Listing Ever" and mine just got upped today. In a market that is just opposite of the whole nation Minot ND has a huge shortage of listings. In a community of 35,000 it has been rare for there to be more the 75 houses on the market at any one time in the last year or so. Our average DOM is near 30 and if the home is listed for under $200,000. it may be half that. It is impossible to find a rental in Minot as well due to our Air Force Base expansion and the energy boom across all of ND.
