Learn Like A Frog

By
Real Estate Agent with BCR Realtors 262359

As market conditions, trends, and financing availiablity changes we have to adjust the way we do business.

WE HAVE TO     "LEARN LIKE A FROG"     .....

This Little fellow has learned how to scrape out a living in the garden area by our dining room at home. The amazing thing however is that he has learned very successfully to adapt to change.

What he has learned is this: If we go more than 24 hours without watering the plants in the flowerbed, he has to seek a water source elsewhere. Look closely at the photo.  By rising early each morning he has discovered that he can soak up the moisture that has condensated on the window panes because of the air conditioning inside the house.  So he just squiggles around soaks up the water , moves on over a couple of inches and does it again until he is satiated.  Then it is off to find the nearest bug and do his job. Peats pesticides! Just look at the tracks on the glass where he left a trail.

If only we professionals would learn to adapt to crisis as easily as mother nature!

Have a prosperous week!

Hi Trey... that's a smart frog.  I know a lot of smart agents too... and some that are dehydrating waiting for the sprinklers to get turned on again!
