If you have the same title for each page, that's bad. Not really bad, but its not a great thing. Each page should have its own unique title, meta information and of course content. I think you may have wanted something like we have with www.lvrealty.net Its running on Drupal, an open source CMS. The site itself looks great, but I think you're not going to be satisfied with it in the long run for a couple of reasons, mainly the addition of new content, unless you're not planning on adding anything else major to it like community pages, etc.
I would recommend moving it to either Wordpress or Drupal. That way you'll have complete control over every aspect. I can recommend some individuals that are proficient in either CMS if you like. -Charles
Jacqulyn,
I wasn't so concerned about the title page as I know how to change those. I am considering setting up a word press blog I've seen some really cool stuff done with that. Thanks for the answer.
I can testify to CMS not being as easy to work with as everyone says it is. I've been working on a new web site for four months now with Joomla CMS after having failed miserably with Drupal.
