When I had my site redesigned they built the headers and the footers using PHP.  It is really convenient for quick changes on the fly to be carried accroos the entire website.

My question is does it have any affect negative or positive on my SEO with my meta tags and title tags also included in the server generated scripting?

I know you're not supposed to have the same title, key words, or description and I've been creating new headers to address that.  Aside from that what other issues does it raise?

If you have the same title for each page, that's bad. Not really bad, but its not a great thing. Each page should have its own unique title, meta information and of course content. I think you may have wanted something like we have with www.lvrealty.net Its running on Drupal, an open source CMS. The site itself looks great, but I think you're not going to be satisfied with it in the long run for a couple of reasons, mainly the addition of new content, unless you're not planning on adding anything else major to it like community pages, etc.

I would recommend moving it to either Wordpress or Drupal. That way you'll have complete control over every aspect. I can recommend some individuals that are proficient in either CMS if you like. -Charles

Jacqulyn,

I wasn't so concerned about the title page as I know how to change those.  I am considering setting up a word press blog I've seen some really cool stuff done with that.  Thanks for the answer.

I can testify to CMS not being as easy to work with as everyone says it is. I've been working on a new web site for four months now with Joomla CMS after having failed miserably with Drupal.
