We live in hard times these days. It seems like everywhere you look these days you see signs of amazing endurance, astonishing stories of human achievement when faced with hardship, and wonderful examples
of compassion and caring by people that resulted in a universal sign of reassurance; a smile. Success is something that just does not come easy without sacrifice, commitment, and a true sense of direction and conviction to ones values and personal integrity. I was taught really early in life the meaning of respect. When I would get out of hand my grandmother would say to my grandfather 'Luke, Tombo needs to have a talk with you after dinner out in the garage." Nothing ever happened in that garage but it sure was a long walk out
there. When we did make it to the garage my grandfather would give one of those disgusting bottles of "Tab" soda and tell me to quit "sassing" my grandmother. There are many outstanding Waukesha County Real estate agents in the Waukesha County Real Estate market. People that I have learned from and worked with for twenty three years now. There are others that I have known not as long but have had a direct impact on me as well. We may not all see eye to eye at times but you can feel the sense of respect and care Waukesha County real estate agents have
for each other. My grandfather gave me a great piece of advice one day "Tombo, when you give someone your word you better keep it; it's the only thing you may take to your grave." It was a profound statement that stayed with me. Years would go by and I would wonder why whens someone said something and yet did another action why it didn't reflect on them. Well, it did not take long for me to figure out that by keeping a simple formula of learning, having great coaches, and working hard with proven systems in place really was all that was needed. "The greatest gratitude I could receive from you is a referral." How many times have you seen that on the back of a business card? It holds more water than ever these days. I will be the first one to tell you that there is a lot of talent in the
Waukesha County real estate market; I have the luxury and honor of working with these brokers and agents everyday in Waukesha County. What I can say when you interview me is I have a clear cut plan to see your home to a successful closing, and I will tell you how I will accomplish this. We roll up our sleeves together and we shake each others hand at closing. What's more I have a simple guarantee that I will stand behind "If at anytime you are not happy with my services or you are not 100% satisfied that I am working my heart out for you; you can simply ask for me to withdrawl your listing back at anytime; providing we don't already have an offer on your home." This same dedication applies to anyone I work with in buying a home or building. I am so confident that I will be looking you in the eyes and saying thank you at closing that I really am willing to put that guarantee out there. After all, what do I have to lose? Everything is the answer; because I am giving you my word on my performance and I intend to keep it! I have owned my own companies, managed others, and now I do what I do best and am proud of it; I sell Waukesha County real estate and will see you at closing!
Wishing you a productive day, and see you at closing!

Hi Tom, Your post reminds me of the Proverb : a good name is rather to be chosen than great riches.
Thanks for sharing your philosophy of practice.
