Does anyone know of any good lead referral companies?

If you mean paying for leads, the answer is no! Most of the people in today's market who sign up for CMA or buyers listings don't have a life, so complicate yours. One of my favorites was fred flintstone.

Save your money, use pay per click or postcards. Much cheaper, may return more.

Contact Rich Halpern . Let him know that Bob at Brio suggested you contact him about working as a referral agent for leads that Brio has in Fort Washington. We have a ton of leads there that have gone unanswered. Our referral agents can work our leads and only pay the 28% referral fee when the leads become real business. There is no up front cost to get them.

You just tell him that Bob found you on ActiveRain and he will take care of you. He'll know who you are talking about.

Congrats for reaching the Featured Agent level. Between the two of us I hope that we can take Fort Washington Real Estate in Prince Georges County, Maryland to a higher level. I am focusing on being the National Harbor Realtor, assisting the military with relocation and the For Sale By Owner (FSBO). Our chosen area is growing and families are seeking more information about the homes, condos, townhouses and new construction for sale.

I hope that you don't mind me piggybacking with you on Rich's recommendation. Were you able to contact anyone and what thus far has been your experience?
