Dale - I did a new house today that is doing the exact same thing. If it is not fixed it will look like your pic (above). What happened to workmenship in this country.

I do believe that true workmenship, has gone right out the window. It just seem's a lot of folks just don't take pride in what they do anymore. All they want is the money for the work. No matter if the work was done right or not.
