The beaches are beautiful and crowded with people. Property is affordable. The new airport is still on track to open in May of 2010 and they are focusing on the development around the new airport. There is a proposal to allow FRESHMEN into the Panama City Florida State University Campus. Not sure if it will happen but it sure would be exciting. Dunkin Donuts is opening their first Florida store here in Panama City Beach, Florida. Venetian Villa is getting a new oyster bar,YEAH!!!  Several business' are expanding while prices and labor are low. It may seem small but while many business' are closing their doors  we are seeing new business' open and expand. Sure makes you feel good about the future of your community.
