First Time Home Buyers place accompany me, to take a look at a Tree in the Fall Zone

Our subject for this part of the grounds area inspection of the home, is a Tree.

You just may be asken yourself, why in the world is he showing us a tree?

And you could even be thinking, whats the big deal about where a tree is.

Heres the reason we are looking and why you sould know about any trees in the fall zone.

Trees in Fall Zone - Tree(s) with a divided trunks exist within the fall zone of the structure. This kind of tree structure is known to present an increased danger of unexpected falling.  A falling tree can damage the structure with in that zone (these structures could be the home its self, a garage, a shed, or even a child's club or playhouse) as well as present dangers to folks within reach at the time of the falling of the tree.

My recommendetion in these cases, is to have all trees evaluated by a qualifed arborist and removed if necessary.

Dale you really brought up a good point. Many folks have trees planted too close to the house; a wind could cause them to topple and endanger the home or resident. I may have to take a few pointers and do a Thought Provoker on this sometime if that is OK with you.

Howdy there Carl and Ceil

Its sure real good to have Y'all stop by to pay a little ole visit, its always a pleasure to read and write a reply back to one of the fine comments Y'all leave. On the posts here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

Most folks don't stop and think about just what could happen if a tree like this one is near their home, and would ended up falling on to the home. Or if they should have kids, and they would be playen out in the yard near it, when it should fall.

My friend I would never have a problem with you doing that. Carl  its okay with me if you do.

Dale I did a blog about our dying trees in our area caused from the drought. We see on the news sometimes after a wind or storm where trees have toppled and destroyed a roof and even injured someone inside the home. When we plant trees they are small but we need to remember they will grow large over time so you need to take that into consideration.

That there post of your sure was a will written one, and I sure did enjoy reading it. I really hope Y'all get some rain real soon!

My friend you sure are 100% right that folks need to take just a little think and lay out a plane, just where to really put the trees in their yard. They sure are not go-en to stay small all of their life.
