SIMA

Our days here in Spain since arriving have been hectic.  Each day starts at 6:30am when we take the metro train to the SIMA show to film video interviews, develop business opportunities, attend seminars and roundtables, vlog a bit, and browse the hundreds of stands.  Each night after the train ride home, we edit the day's vlog footage for posting the next day and post our blog/vlog entries in English and Spanish. The show ends in a day or two and, when it ends, we'll be filming a number of properties in the Madrid area as well as a vacation area in Spain.

Schedule Post SIMA

On the 6th of June, I fly for 12 hours and return to Santa Cruz, Bolivia.  I'll stay there for just enough time to grab some sleep (about 6 hours) and grab some clothes for the tropics.  At 3:30am the following morning, I get on another plane for a full day's travel to Panama by way of Lima, El Salvador, and San Jose, Costa Rica.   We have about 15 properties pre-paid to film in Panama while another of my employees will be opening our new Panama office in the El Cangrejo area of the city.  In all, we are hoping to film a good 20-30 properties during the month of June in Panama - not counting some possible properties in Costa Rica.

"July" Translates To "Break"

At least, I'll have the month of July without travel as I have to renew my Bolivian residency and the government org that handles will have my passport for up to 20 days.  Then off to the US for RE Connect in SF followed by the real estate video road show on the east coast through september.

It's All For You

We currently have about 320 property videos online at the moment as well as another 120 or more video interviews throughout the world.  We'll likely have more than 500 international property videos before September.
