We just got another buyer lead from the first Real Bird listing search widget that I put on our Active Rain blog.
That now makes a total of 5 leads all from one post about one community in our town on our Active Rain blog using the Real Bird widget for searching for listings right in our post.

Our buyers' agent, Lisa Schlitz wrote an offer yesterday for one of these buyer leads who is an all cash buyer from the country of Uruguay. They are buying the home through the photos that Lisa sent to them. Was this worth writing the post and installing a simple widget from Real Bird on Active Rain?

Aside from the google juice that Active Rain attracts and the google friendly program from Real Bird you also have to write with the correct keywords that will generate the business.
