Hi Leesa....I can't imagine you'll have any problem moving this little cutie quickly. What a great price and good size lot as well. In my market this price range and condition = SOLD!

Leesa, I am in the wrong area...the home looks so similar to mine. My taxes on my little (but cute) home are now over $10,000. And the same house here would go for about $290-$300,00 in todays market.
