If you have not jumped on the internet bandwagon, it is time...

Buyers and sellers are using agents that they have found online, so an online presence is important in our industry these days.

Check out the statistics for yourself on the NAR website.

This is important for the agents that would like to stay above the competition, or even in the running!

An internet presence is what the consumers of now, and the future, demand.

Thank you for posting. When I am hosting an open house, I now always ask how they found the home. Via sign or internet. If internet, I then ask if they found on the MLS, company site or Zillow, etc. It gave me great insight into how they are finding us and our homes.

I have a great presentation to show how much I do online to market a home - I am finding that I can speed though it as more and more seller's now consider this main stream - there was a time when I had to do more convincing - not the case now.
