I Had A VISION...But, just opened my eyes!

Life has been crazy lately! Crazier than usual. I've been meeting myself coming and going!

But boy, did I open my eyes to AN AMAZING EVENT!

A man called my cell phone a couple of days ago. (my cell rings off my wall!) He begins to thank me for keeping up with his needs for property so diligently. He told me his name. I said, "HUH?", quietly to myself of course.

And, of course I said, "you're welcome". I had NO CLUE who this guy was!

He wanted to come and view a couple of properties I had sent him??????? (not me said Deb...to myself) One was a 22 acre tract with a home and the other was a 10 acre tract with a home.

Due to the fact that I had no idea who this man was I asked him for his email address and number since I was away from the office! It sounded good then. And, it worked.

I then scheduled the appointment with him and was totally dumbfounded where this lead had come from!

Once upon a time, Bob Stewart recommended the Market Leader Program to me. This is now VISION. Because of the intense schedule I have been keeping I just didn't get into it like I should have!

I dropped the ball with this program! For that I'm sorry and this is going to change quickly!

I did absolutely NOTHING EXCEPT TO DO EVERYTHING WRONG...

Yet, VISION STILL SENT ME A BUYER.

YES, HE IS BUYING ONE OF THE PROPERTIES. I DID NOTHING.

I discovered the gentleman's name on the VISION SITE WHEN I LOGGED IN TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS. THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING ALL MY LEADS and UPDATES DIRECTLY FROM ME! THE MAN THOUGHT I HAD BEEN PERSONALLY COMMUNICATING WITH HIM. WOWSER. WHAT A SERVICE?

I can honestly and emphatically recommend this program to all. VISION works in the background to bring so many incredible leads that my head is spinning. Contact them today and give them a try. All you have to do is sit back in your chair and learn to juggle the checks! Wow, I love it.

Deb - Ok you convinced me. Now I'm gonna have to go look into it... Good luck and keep juggling those checks... as long as you don't have to dribble them.... lol

Deb - Isn't it great to receive "Pennies from Heaven" . It really makes up for those client that spin your wheels for months !!!

Bob Stewart is awesome and he always has our backs...he would never suggest something that he didn't think would not benefit a member...he is the ultimate best of the best...JMHO.

I do not have vision (although I am considering it) but get quite a bit of leads from my website. I have had this happen several times and tomorrow I will be meeting with an out of town buyer who has been on my drip campaign for weeks.

WoW Deb, you played that one with finesse! Glad you made the sale!! I can't get Growth Leader in my area!

Deb, this is great, my web site does the work for me too. When they call, I quickly log on and sure enough they have just been AUtomatically been sent the listing they call on. Fun Fun.

Having systems in place is definitely the answer to a successful business....especially when you're CRAZY busy! Glad it's working out for you. Say "hi" to yourself for me :-)

Deb, this is the great thing about Growth Leader. I've had 6 closings from the product, all 6 called me. I pursued none of them. This obviously isn't the ideal way to manage your prospects. I've since brought on a sales partner whose working them with more dillegence than I ever put into it. Great to hear you had a good deal come your way. Congrats on the feature too!

Okay. This is a "pearl" as Howard Brinton would say. I spoke with them on Friday and planned to sign up thinking it was $99 per month. When I found out it was an additional $150 for google adwords I backed off. Thanks for the tip.

Christine, that's what I thought. I do get lots of leads from my own website but I'm the one that sets up the drip campaigns, I'm the one that responds to my leads on a regular basis....little did I know they were doing this for me. Man, I felt so "responsible". How awesome!

Caren, thank you. All I could think of was that there is another Realtor in the area named Debra...I wasn't going to tip the boat so I played the game with him. I turned out a winner and it really was my lead!

Missy, would you call me and whisper all your secrets in my ear? OMG, I am so tired of learning things the hard way! LOL. I'm glad you are experiencing this my friend.

I haven't had quite the success story with Vision - but still it is working well for me too. Love the internet contacts!

Deb, I'm glad it worked! I've been doing something similar myself for a long time and yes systems make all the difference.

Deb--GREAT post and I think that I'm right there with you--I owe them a post and just have been so slammed I haven't done it. This is a wonderful program and many have been very successful. They work WELL with us and just keep giving! Congrats on the buyer and best of luck with the program.

I love the drip lead system. It just makes things easier and allows us to keep in contact with people.

It is a great program. I'm in the transition phase at this time. I send people to my site all the time. Today I had someone call on a home they seen on my P2A site and of course it had already sold. I was out and about so I mentioned how she could get the daily listing alerts on my other site.. 10 minutes later, I get a text message... She had just signed up.

Wow, that is too cool. I wonder would happen if you got busy and worked with it a while? lol

Oh wow. If it can happen for you, then it can definitely happen for me too - and I stopped with the Market Leader thing last month - it became way too costly for me. I wonder if my prospects are still receiving the drip e-mail/newsletters. I know they are still getting the listings, because I have them sent both from Market Leader and my MLS.

Deb - Excellent job ! I told you if you worked the vision system, or in your case, not...it would bring buyers ! LOL !

I have had a lot of traffic to my Vision site, mainly from my links, but registration is not happening. The lack of flexibility in the web content is also a problem. It makes it hard to drive organic traffic to my own site.

Congrats Deb. Sounds like the system is working well for you. I've heard mixed posts, but I think a lot has to do with the way you work the system and your area.

I haven't looked into it at all, but if it's that much per month, that's not in the budget right now!

Hi Deb, that is great news - congrats! Now you should go back to the rest of your Growth Leader prospects and see if you can uncover anymore gems. Who knows, another closing may be just a phone call or email away. :)

I think I will check it out, I'm pretty sure I could learn how to juggle checks if given the opportunity!

Hi Deb. I use the Vision program. At least half of those people will end up buying from SOMEONE in the next 1-3 years. If you keep on top of it...it should be you at least 10% of the time.
