I am participating in the MDA Telethon Fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy. It's an important need - the funds we are raising will help children with MD in all sorts of ways- and my goal is to raise enough to send 3 kids to summer camp ($1,950)!
I feel so strongly about it, I'm going to Jail! It's true, the MDA will come "arrest me" on June 14, 12 noon, and take me by paddy wagon to the Lake Union "lockup". To get out, I'll need to hand over my $1,950 bail!
