BTW - I thought I saw a Loudoun County sign as we were being shuttled in from Dulles last month. Beautiful Countryside.

Margaret.  It is lovely.  I sold three of these in Loudoun County last year.  Things are pretty slow out here now though.

Mark.  It will be lovely.  The driveway will be blacktop and the house will be framed with beautiful trees.

Gene.  Dulles is in Loudoun County.  This model home from this builder would have sold for about $200,000 more.  Below is what sold in the previous few years in this community.
