It's a star-studded line-up for this year's CMAfest.  Formerly known an Fan Fair, it's the largest country music celebration in the nation.  The expected turnout is estimated at over 40,000 people.  The event is always held the 2nd week in June.

 In addition to non-stop concerts, there's something for everyone in the family.  Building a house for Habitat for Humanity leads the wide variety of charity functions for the event.  They plan to frame the home and have it finished (along with 14 others)....in time for a dedication ceremony prior to the CMA Awards in November.

The CMA will actually donate half of the net proceeds to fund music education in Metro Nashville's public schools.  This is through a partnership with the Nashville Alliance for Public Education called, "Keep the Music Playing".  Music will always be playing in Nashville Country.
