A Master of Creativity: Marti Garaughty, THANK YOU!

When I am working with a client on a Feng Shui Consultation, my Energy is focused on THEM. I want them to be happy with the recommendations, I want them to understand why I am suggesting them, I want them to know that my intent and energy is focused on THEM and THEIR needs.

I would estimate that about 35 % of my clients at this time are from REFERRALS from happy clients. I’ve built a name and a good reputation.

When the thought to have a website built for Laura as a Graduation gift came to me, I initially thought of my webmaster. He was busy and it didn’t get done. I’d purchased the domain name of her choice and thought of Marti. Marti designed my outside blog which so many people loved and I already knew his dedication to making his clients HAPPY with what he is creating. marti garaughty : The Art Of Marketing You

I also knew of his quick responses and his amazing patience. It didn’t take me long to contact him. First let me say that Marti has no idea I’m writing this…and although he knows a few of the events which have taken place, that’s for another blog.

Laura, of course, was involved. I was also involved and we both asked Marti to design a custom site for her. Again, he is a PLEASURE to work with. He’d design something, change it around, give us ideas, change it again and send it for review. We wanted some specific pictures included in the site but they just didn’t FIT the design.

Marti is an artist. He does NOT disappoint. I know when I am stuck on a particular thing, it’s about all I could think about and from Marti’s emails, I believe he felt the same way. A late night email confirmed my suspicions: “I came up with an idea I think you’ll like…will send it soon.” (I’m paraphrasing here : )

Marti put many hours of time and thought into this…and, whether he believes me or not, the Energy that followed the site going live is a story into itself for another day.

I do NOT refer people I haven’t worked with or know someone who has worked with them. I am careful with referrals because I believe they are a reflection of you. So when I refer someone, you can just BET I’m happy with their work. Marti is not just a Blog Artist, Website Designer, or creates Artwork at it’s finest, he’s a dedicated person who truly goes the extra MILES to make his clients happy. Thank you, Marti. And I will post those amazing updates including some things you haven’t heard about since that site went LIVE.

Laura is one beautiful young woman. So a beautiful and classy site is only fitting. Marti combined the two with impeccable detail.

As a side not ... Laura is one truly talented artist. I'm sure you are SO proud of her - and that's as it should be.

Carole - What a nice, beautiful testamonial to Marti ! It does not take long if you are new on AR to get introduced to Marti. His blogs are unbelievable. Also, what is unbelievable is that new site - it looks great and the photos are stunning... it flows well ! Congrats on the feature - is great for all us to see posts like this. Good luck to Laura with the new site ! Also, what is important is the reminder to really focus on your clients (like yourself and Marti) to grow your business, especially a referral-based busienss. 35 percent from referrals for your business is awesome ! hi Carole... I'm a little late in reading your post (distracted by stuff) but thx so much. The reality is that it took the 3 of us bouncing & refining ideas to get it to the point where we were all happy campers.

And that is the point, happy/satisfied clients are the best source of new business. They talk about their experiences, good and bad. Referrals are a much better (and less expensive) way to bring in new business. Not to mention that is adds to our credibility. Thx again C for trusting me with your project. Both you & Laura were fun to work with, you took my advice and I took your input, the result is a clean, elegant website.

Marian, I couldn't agree with you more. Mine is very, VERY old but comes up high in rankings so that other then updating it, I don't want to mess with it. This has a cleaner, fresher look and feel.

WoW, beautiful website and I have to say, everytime I see Laura's art I think it is even more and more beautiful....just stunning. I wish I could afford to buy all of her pieces as I KNOW she is one of the truly up and coming great talents of our time. Her art would be a far better investment than all of the stocks and bonds out there and would add great beauty and energy to any surroundings....

Marti is a am amazing artist and man and I too admire him greatly.....it's wonderful that the three of you could collaborate together to create something so beautiful.
