Hi all,

It's been a long time coming but I promised I would post  the results.

We were able to talked the owner into painting much of the home ... but unfortunatelly before all the work was carried out he had been influenced by his family (sister) not to do all our recmendations. ALthought it could have been so much better we still think the changes we were able to make will have a positive inpact on how this home will be shown.

guest room after (not painted)

JUST IMAGINE IF THEY HAD BEEN PAINTED!

Looks great, Liz!  I like that you chose white and blue to accent these knotty pine walls (which to me read "orange") - very fresh combination.

Wow, that is a lot of wood.  You did a great job with the room.  To bad that they wouldn't go with your suggestion but being flexible is part of what we have to do-and you did it well.

Whew, that is a lot of wood..........just having the floors stay the same and painting out the walls would have given the room a completely different feel (not cabin like!) Well, compromise....it's what we do.
