We use seasonal stationary and envelopes. We also use seasonal rubber stamps to further personalize the envelope. We hand address each envelope as well.

That's the ultimate secret, Nick. Doing it daily. You can finess and perfect it as you go. But sticking with it is the best approach.

As long as your mail is getting open and red, Eileen, you're OK.
