It looks like from the increase in phone calls that the market is really heating up and is turning in a positive direction.

What will happen in the next several months as the inventory levels come down prices will stabilize here locally.  There are still many homes for sale that are over-priced will be reduced or foreclosed on.

Then after 1-2 years we will see the inventory level come into equalibrium here and prices will start ti rise again likle they did back in 2002-2005. 

That said, interest rates remain low and home choices remain high here in the Western part of the state.
