Finally!!!! It closed, woosh! Next...... but wait..... what do I do with this pay check? So many need payments and I deserve to treat myself for all this hard work....
So what do you do with your paycheck?Do you have a budget? Do you have any kind of big bills to attack? Have you read Rich Dad Poor Dad? Does that make sense?
I have struggled myself. Life happens. You plan and then you save and then you plan some more. My husband after 11 years found himself looking for new work. The sad thing was he had just had back surgery for a disk and couldn't even bag Home Depot! We had savings. Our reserve and then whoosh, gone. We were collecting unemployment and having to pay our own medical. Couldn't let it laps incase there were problems from the surgery.
I had a couple of closings and we are back in the game. Until..... he is let go from another job. The poor guy never wants to hear "merger" for 50 years!
I don't have the secret plan, but I am still working to figure it out. Who loves to sit down to pay bills when there isn't enough money? Man what happens to it?
My sister help me put a budget together, pretty basic but it seems to be working for her. I can sell homes and the files are always beautiful and organizes. Can't do it on the bills. What is up with that? I think having someone else do it sounds really good, oh but wait, you have to pay them, nope, not in the budget.
Savings? What is that? Not gonna happen now. I will start later.... but wait, what if I need a nursing home. Gosh.
It is a lot to think about and I don't want to be really good at it. Sure wish there were an easy way. Anybody?
