Austin's Arboretum has nothing to do with TREES, well at least that's not what it's known for in Austin. The Arboretum is a hot shopping and dining area in North Austin. 

Prior to the opening of places such as THE DOMAIN,  this was the trendy place to shop.

Anything that goes on near the Arboretum catches Austinites attention and this one should be a big one...a new retirement center that will feature 172 rental units for independent seniors.

The developers target market is seniors who want to give up the headaches of owning their home but don't want to move to another city.

This Center will include amenities like a fitness center, full dining services, indoor pool, movie theater, library and secured access.
