Buying Through Auction?

Hudson and Marshall Auction is on it's way to Denver again on July 15, 2009.  Even if you are not interested in bidding on anything, just go to see what it's like.  If you do bid on anything, make sure you do your homework ahead of time, as you have to have all your ducks in a row, once the bidding starts.  You have no time to make any decisions them.  Make sure you know the value of the property, as you don't want to get caught up in the heat of the moment and bid too much.  Know your limit ahead of time.  You have to place $2500 earnest money down when you win the bid, and that is pretty much non-refundable, so make sure you have your cash or very solid financing in order before you bid.  Go to their website of hudsonandmarshall.com for all the details.
