Cache County Real Estate Update week of 6/19/09 - 6/25/09

This week there are 40 new active residential properties.  The week before we had 47 new listings. There were 29 cache county UT homes that went under contract, and 16 homes sold.  There are a total of 826 homes in Cache County UT that are active.
