Who says the Real Estate market is slow? It sure is not slow here at the beach. I wrote two offers last week, both of which went into a multiple counter situation. Which of course has a tendency to scare away buyers. But guess what else scares buyers? When they are the only one who is writing a offer. Then they assume there is something wrong with the property. Sometimes I wonder if there is ever a win win situation.
With the interest rates on the rise I would hope most buyers get off the fence. I am beginningto feel like the ones who haven't "pulled the trigger" yet so to speak never will. I can hear it now...I wish I would have bought when you told me to..It is high time I get back out there and get some new buyers.
Then there are the buyers that are looking for the "perfect" house. Sometimes I wish I could delete that word from their vocabulary. Is there even such thing? I wish I could create a virtual makeover program to show buyers the hidden potential homes have. Wouldn't that be nice?
