Another good tip: put your house flier on a red cape and run through town singing the spider-man song.

That was a very creative commercial. I wonder if he has sold 110 Maple yet.

I liked how he inserted 110 Maple into his Power Point presentation. Very clever.

Now this is what I like about AR, new ideas furnished by creative working professionals. I wonder why that guy hadn't yet thought of using the back of his shirt like some little league teams do? Remember 'Bail Bonds by Chico' ? from 'The Bad News Bears with Walter Mathau?
