6 Comments on FIRE SALE! Riverstone Auction Postponed, Starting Bids Lowered Dramatically!
Hi Janna--Best of luck selling each and every one of these at the auction. I simply cannot believe the price reduction--I had to go back and read those numbers again. Simply SHOCKING! Also, thanks for always being your positive self in your comments--I see you on others' blogs and you are such a bright spot here on AR--you ARE appreciated!
Have a wonderful weekend...
That's kind of strange that they would postpone the auction AND lower the prices. Around here they'll have the auction and if stuff doesn't sell, they'll have another auction with lower prices.
Have all the local contractors been paid for their services and supplies on this project.
Seems like the developers and their municipal agents will come out on top.
Is there any guarantee that the association fees dramatically increase?
More info. and pictures on Riverstone please !
Hello Leonard! You stumbled upon my Riverstone Auction post from LAST July, 2009. That auction was postponed, but eventually was held, along with a second one on another phase of the development, and recently an auction of the commercial property at Riverstone. So, although you missed the auction, there are still condos available at auction prices. Give me a call or send me an email if you would like more information and I will gladly forward it to you!
