I personally think it is a great idea.  I think it could mean a continued rise in home sales in the Lynchburg City, Home in Wyndhurst Neighborhood Lynchburg VaCampbell County and Bedford County Virginia area and maybe even record breaking numbers.  There has been some increase in activity in the Lynchburg MLS area especially with first time home owners as a result of the $8,000 tax credit.  Expanding it to those of us that already own a home or may consider refinancing I think could be something that really helps a lot of people.  What are your thoughts.  I've posted more details about the possible expansion of the $8,000 tax credit for your review.

Hey Nannette!  I'm with you--I think this could be just what we need to keep the sales moving so that the snowball effect can occur with those who would like to buy up in this market but, haven't been able to get rid of their first homes.  Keeping fingers crossed that it passes!

Nannette - I sincerely hope that they expand this to ALL buyers and increase the amount back to the original proposed $15,000.  That would truly stimulate the housing market everywhere.

Howdy there Nannette

I have read in a few places, that were looken at setten the cap at the 15,000. They had first talked about do-en. But had not read or heard anything about, extending the tax break, offeren it to all home buyers, or the part about offeren a separate tax credit for folks wantten to refinance their home.

Just if, now the DC folks will only use their heads, for more then a scratchen post. And do these things, maybe we can get the housen market back on the road. And get some money moven about.

Thank you kindly for both posts.

God Bless America

Could you help me. Life is a great big canvas; throw all the paint on it you can. I am from Namibia and now teach English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: " Both the playgrounds and preschools are funded through a grant from america gives back formerly known as the charity projects entertainment fund or cpef from donations raised through the idol gives back television special." With best wishes :p, Deianira.
