How great is that! You must be really proud of your new recruit. That's fantastic!

My wife and I have been talking about doing this for two years, but with homeschooling, sports and just life with the kids, it has never come to pass. Maybe when the kids are older or out of the house we can revisit the idea of her being my selling partner.

My husband wants me to join him as a husband/wife team. We have been together since 1989 so I would love to be with him as a team. I am just wondering how that all works. Do we share listings or split them? I understand that we would each be responsible for our own fees so what is the benefit of being a team vs working together in an office? Hope you can shed some light on this.
