I'd like to get your opinions of the different chat forums out there. I'm planning on setting up a forum for our agents and brokers to have private discussions about our company's commercial real estate business. Of course I'd probably go with a free service as opposed to a fee service. Please let me know of your experiences with setting up, and moderating, a chat forum. I've heard of Yahoo Groups, Microsoft Groups, etc. but have not used any of those.
