I am really sorry for your loss. Based on his age and vibrant look it is a real shock to have him go like this. I have had a tragic loss of an agent in the office and I do know your pain and sadness...I pray fro his family and friends like you...

Hi Ted,

Thank you so much for posting this about Chris.  What shocking news to learn of Chris' death. I am still numb and trying to accept this tragedy.  Chris was family.  Chris's heart was as big as he was.  Chris was such a giving person and was always there to help whether recruiting new members, teaching, or just talking.

My heart goes out to his family and his little boy, and to all his friends who are experiencing this deep loss.

Chris, you will be sorely missed.

Thanks Ted for this.

Chris was a great guy and certainly a big part of all the recruiting that has built KW Simi over the last few years.  More importantly, he was a friend, a motivator, teacher and  he will be missed.  As the events of this past week have reminded us, we never know when it will be our time to go.  Let us reflect on  this huge insight and live our lives in light of this fact.

My thought and prayers have and will be going out to his family.

God Bless

Alan

Ted,

Thanks for posting this tribute to Chris.

Chris will be missed by many at our office.   He fondly always referred to me as "trouble" - he would always ask "what's up trouble".   His heart was big and he loved his little boy so much. He often shared stories with me about his son.

My heart goes out to his son and family.

The thought of Chris not being around is very hard to accept. As others have said he was a big part of the initial growth of our KW office and helped me in my transition to the office nearly 3 years ago. I will miss him and extend a heartfelt best wishes to his family in this time of need.  I know we wish this had not happened and will keep Chris in our prayers. Tom Williams

First of all, thank you to Ted for doing this; it was disheartening when I saw everyone leaving messages on Facebook but I couldn't because Chris is not around anymore to add me as a friend...

I spent most of my summer last year coming in and taking classes with Chris and he was always a knowledgeable and enthusiastic leader, and a very nice man.  I appreciated his friendliness and willingness to help.  We shared the same birthday, and I can't remember now if we ever got around to talking about that.  He was always very supportive and positive, and I miss that he is not here in Simi anymore helping people make things happen for themselves and their careers.  I was just thinking of him the other day when something went right for me, imagining him pushing his "That was easy!" button!  Our condolences to his family and loved ones...Kathy & Michael

Hi Ted,

I met you last Friday in Karen's office and my daughter and I were also recruited by Chris last February when we were in Short Sale hell with our first Simi Valley Listing. I had been at Rodeo Realty for 5 years and had been unhappy since day 3 but never thought of leaving until they closed their Porter Ranch office. I called Chris and set up an interview and was so impressed with the sincerity and genuine interest he showed in the company and in me. I could not help to notice the kindness that exuded from his eyes when he adressed every issue that I asked about. It was a response I had never seen from any real estate agent before and with a name like "LOVE ALL" and a phone number of 777-7117...I knew I was in the right place. I brought my daughter and another agent from Rodeo, who in turn brought another agent herself and they all experienced the same experience that I felt from his genuine responses

I believe Chris is in Heaven doing the work he did here as the "Angel" on earth that he was. I pray that the grief and loss that his family is going through will be replace with the love, kindness and support of everyone he touched and who knew as the "Gentle Giant" that he always was.

Thank You Ted for giving us this place to express our final thoughts...Linle & Courtney

Chris was a good friend and I will always remember how much time we spent talking Real Estate. He took this career of his very seriously and enjoyed the training part of it the most. I think that we had a good connection on that level. He was silly as well by cracking jokes and just having fun with his job. I would always tell him to respect his elders after finding out that I was a year and a half older than  him. My wife and I have an appointment today at 2:30 with our heart doctor to get a full check up and blood work because of what happened to Chris. It is so important. I will remember Chris with good times and as a good man. God Bless you Chris.

Thanks Ted.

The Simi Valley Association of REALTORS and Simi Valley had Chris for a short time. He had only been with us for 4 or 5 years. He has touched all of us in one way or another. He had such a great outlook on life. He had a great open and friendly personality. We all have so many nice stories to share about him. That is so hard to find these days. My relationship with Chris started as manager to manager, then agent to manager and then agent to agent and through all of the different hats we wore there was always great respect and always a friendship. I got a kick out of Chris being on the mls committee. I couldn't believe how much he liked "violations." It wasn't the same meeting if there weren't any violations. He did a FANTASTIC job at Keller Williams. He did a great job on the committees he served on at the SVMAR Association. I think know matter what he did, he did it great! It was just part of who he was.  We at Troop were just starting to get to know him with his recruiting hat off. What a nice guy! What a gentleman! Chris recently came into the training center at Troop and did a presentation. He loved to give and share his knowledge. We can't replace a guy like that. We can't replace a friend like that. He had one of the biggest hearts and he will always have a piece of mine.  I am so sadded for all of us and especially for his family and loved ones. The reality that he is gone is too shocking to believe and too hard to understand why. He has touched so many people. We have all lost a very good friend. He will be truly missed.

Thank you Ted for putting this together.  I had no idea what happened.  I am so very shocked and saddened to hear this.  Chris was such a wonderful person and was always so supportive of me.  We talked often of our kids.  He was so obviously in love with his.  What a terrible loss.  God Bless you Chris!

Ted everyone did such a great job of saying the things to be said about Chris. He was a really a great guy. Does our board typically do any fundraising to help? A little money raised now for his son might help him and his Mom with college later. If anyone would like to put something together, please let me know, maybe we can work on something together.

Dear KW Family,

Donna and I are saddened to hear the news of the passing of Chris Loveall.  Chris meant a lot to us and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Chris was an integral part of the growth of the Simi Valley Keller Williams Office and it's Family of agents.  He had such a good heart and would do anything for anyone.  Chris has made endless contributions to the Simi Valley Board of Realtors and to real estate in general in the Simi Valley area.  Donna and I...as well as the entire real estate community will truly miss him.

Ted thank you for making this tribute to Chris available for us.

Chris was an important reason that the Simi Valley office of Keller Williams has grown as fast as it has. Bigger than the average six-foot gaint, Chris and his smile were always larger than life. He was 'involved in the SV-MAR and the community as a hole. All of us & myself offer our prayer to Chirs' family, his parents, his son and his loved ones.       Jeff Bertoniere

Chris and I were just embarking on a new realatinship with Short Sales.  I spent a few hours with him on the phone regarding his recent 'change' and desire to be in a 'better place with God and with others'.  He was sincere in his desire to 'get on the straight path', and I had the opportunity to share with him about how the work of Jesus on the cross was for HIM too!

And then, not 2 weeks later, his life was demanded of him.

I will miss you Chris...and the lost opportunties we had as business partners and friends.

Bless you man, and I'll see you at the 'table'.

This all seems so surreal to me.  He had the gift of making you feel good just talking with him.  He would always challenge my dry sense of humor and I enjoyed our parlays so to speak.  I don't know how to take this in and comprehend it.  It just does not seem real.  I will miss you Chris.

Chris was so helpful to everyone and wanted us all to succeed in our businesses and in our family lives. He gave of himslf by being active in his comminity, in the board of realtors, and he was very committed to helping children's causes. He loved his son so, so much. His face would light up when he spoke about him.

I'm so saddened by this loss, Chris you will truely be missed. Your smile and your laughter will remain the primary thought that comes to mind when thinking about you.

Too young, too fast, too sad,

This is great tribute to Chris and his family, thanks Ted for putting this together.

I personally did not know Chris because he had left just before I joined Keller Williams. I did however hear about his great contributions towards our office and the Keller Williams family of Agents he helped mentor.

Though he will be missed, he will never be forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace with his lord and savior.

I only knew Chris for a short time while I was with Keller Williams before I left to sell timeshare.   Chris was always supportive and positive.  A man of morals and goals.  Linda Siemen put it very well - he loved all.   Sincerest sympathy, thoughts and prayers to all his family and friends.  Rest in Peace, Chris.

Chris was the team leader of our "sister office" when I was MCA in Westlake Village. He was always so verbally appreciative of Denise. I always thought she was blessed and very fortunate to have him as a TL. So great to work with and always ready to give a BIG bear hug.

Such a great guy. I am so sorry he had to go. He was one of the best and well liked where ever he went.

GOD be with you, 'til we meet at Jesus' feet! Love you, Chris!

I grew up with Chris, Kevin and thier father Paul. I will always have the fondest memories of our families camping trips together and of course the times we boys managed to get ourselves in trouble. One time will always been in my thoughts for as long as I live. Chris was a great person to be around as he had a lot of positive energy about him. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with Kevin and Paul. You'll be missed dearly my friend.

Love,

Rick

Jan and I have been out of the country and heard about Chris's passing from Paul Morris, our Regional Director.  Chris was one of our first Keller Williams agents in our Central Southern California Region, joining us in the Westlake Village Market Center in 2001.

Chris always had that big smile and had a huge, caring heart.  His sudden passing is difficult to understand but we know he is with the Lord now.  His huge presence, professionalism, Realtor/community involvement and voice will be missed.  We thank Chris for all that he did to help build Keller Williams.  We consider it a true privilege to have known Chris Loveall.

Our prayers and thoughts are for his family and son, Brandon.

I Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who stopped by to leave comments about Chris.  Chris' services were yesterday and the Chapel was standing room only.  If you were out of town this weekend, at 5:00 to 6:00 on Tuesday July 7th, we will have a time at our office to remember Chris.  Please stop by.

The reality of Chris being gone I don't believe has still completely hit me.  How do you digest someone so close in age to you being gone with plenty of the path of life still in front of them?

Chris was someone who was larger than life, both physically and in spirit.

I am so grateful I had the chance to know him and count myself lucky to have been counted among his friends.  I am sure that most people who he associated with considered him a friend.  That was just the kind of guy Chris was.

Like everyone else, my thoughts go to his family.  My hope is that they will be comforted by the fact that Chris touched so many in the time he had.

Even though it has been a month since Chris' passing, I want to share my thoughts about him.  I met Chris when he first joined Keller Williams in 2001.  When he returned as Team Leader, he and I spoke frequently and we had a deep, respectful relationship.  Chris was a good guy and he had a great heart.  He will be missed by all who knew him.  I had a feeling that I needed to call him to check in with him in June.  One of my life's greatest regrets will be that I didn't initiate that call.  I'll see him in heaven though.  God bless you, Chris.  I hope that his son will read these emails and know that his Dad was loved and respected.  I was out of the country when they had Chris' memorial or I would have gone to show my respect to his family.  Thank you, Ted for doing this for Chris.  You are a true friend.
