OK.. we've pretty much exhausted our current camera.. Everytime we go into Best Buy, if we're lucky & able to talk to one of the sales reps.. & most of the time we get frustrated because they give us basic info.. so I'm pleading to the masses because you probably know more than the Best Buy sales reps that is overwhelmed with all the questions from customers & only get paid $8/hr or so... 

Here is my big question to you..

1-We're searching for a camera that is real estate friendly.. but has the wide angle lens so we can capture the entire room.. stitching would be great.. video even better.. but we have a FLIP so we have that part covered..

Easy to use...ah you know the rest.. I know you'll probably recommend a Canon.. we have one now & the our problem with it is, it takes a few seconds to reload for the next picture... call us impatient.. but waiting 2-3 seconds for the next shot is a long time..

Oh..the biggest request is it must be ECONOMICAL also... 

We appreciate your time & expertise in this matter.. it's easier to get opinions from those who actually use these cameras for the same purposes we are, than to listen to a Best Buy sales person who can only assume what he's been told...
