Yes, I don't feel like typing. No...not one bit, but against my better judgment I'm going to ruin this picture with words. I love being up in the Arctic. It beautiful. The sun never sets and we have a great time. The best of the best. You can pee out of one side of the boat and drink from the other side. There's no electric and no plumbing, but God provides the greatest canvas that He shares even with me.
Artic summer? You do not appear to be in Alaska although Chicago can get quite chilly, right?
There are pc's you can talk to and they type for you.
larry,
A very dramatic photo. Dark and powerful. Where did you take it? Is it really n the Arctic?
Monika....it was in the Arctic. I was 2 years ago. We were on an Island (truthfull about 50 miles south of the Arctic). I was one of the most incredible experiences ever.
Jon...it was!!!! We go every year. It's a blast. Nothing but Wildnerness, endless sun, chlly weather, friends and time with God. Can't ask for anything better.
Where is this? I am in Homer Alaska... one of the most beautiful places in the world!
Larry - Arctic shots are always intriguing to me. In fact my back-round to my blog is from the artic as well/ Nice shot! The midnight sun is something to see for sure.
Larry, I wouldn't type either if I were there! Cold or not it looks like a great place to get away from everything!
Larry, Truly has an erie look to it. Someday I too will go north to see the beauties there.
Larry,
I Love the the way those clouds are filtering the sunlight! It is amazing how the clouds create such effects and color!
Judy
Larry - That is one of the more awe inspiring shots I've seen. It has an other worldly feel to it. But then, the Arctic almost is other worldly.
Larry, this picture is absolutely breath taking. It doesn't even matter where it is, it's so beautiful.
Debra.....north, northeast of Yellowknife.
Robert...you ever been there?????
Tony & Darcy....it's a reprieve from the world. God's gift to us all.
Randy....I'm taking my kids further south and starting the trek north as they get older.
Judy...beautiful....isn't it.
Myrl...well said for sure.
Joanna...it's a place wher I can really see God. Think about it. You're walking on land that few, if any people, have ever set foot before. Just too cool.
Larry - Not all the way up to the arctic but to Sweden and Scandanavia and seen the northern lights and the midnight sun. Simply beautiful,,
