Hi Myrl....you have no idea how badly that is where I want to be right now.  Do you ever feel like running away from it all?  I feel something stirring and it's OK with me :-)  Lovely photo, thanks.

Shirley - This is a nice little trail.  It is beside the American River, and very tranquil.

Heather, Hannah and Jim - I'm glad the picture was to your liking!  It's a very tranquil place.

Tony and Mark - This little trail isn't far from my home.  It's up in Folsom, near where I took the bridge pictures last week.

Gail - Do I ever feel like running away from it all? - All the time:-)

Sea to Sky - I like bridges because they symbolize transition. . .They take you from here to there:-)

Hi Myrl!
I don't know where you find these wonderful places, but this is truly beautiful!

Paula - This little bridge is on a trail next to the American River between the new Folsom bridge, and the Old Folsom Rainbow Bridge.  If you park your car in Old Folsom, you can take the trail.  It's delightful!

Myrl,

I like this - simple yet opening up onto a trail that can lead so many places. :)

Steve - And the trail does lead to a number of places!  When things are simple, the mind is allowed to fill in the blanks.
